Richard J. Head has been licensed to practice law in Kentucky since 1983. He is licensed to practice in Kentucky State Courts, Eastern District and Western District of the United States District Court of Kentucky, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He has argued before the Sixth Circuit, the Kentucky Supreme Court, and the SIxth Circuit Court of Appeals.
